Mr. Pratt asked us to replace his old summer house and surrounding area with a luxury, wheelchair accessible garden room and patio.
We managed the build from design to completion, working with the client along the way to understand and deliver all aspects to his exact specification. Our work included laying the new patio with allowance for wheelchair accessible ramps, erecting the spacious garden room structure, applying composite cladding, fully insulating the building, fitting doors, windows and drainage, and even a full electrical fit-out.
Mr. Pratt was extremely please with the result, saying; "I would like to praise the work of LJB for the building of both the summerhouse and the decking constructed in my garden. Both are spectacular and far above my expectations on both counts.
