Investing in a home or property is a significant decision. Once the agreed work has been completed and all payments have been settled, LJB provides a workmanship guarantee certificate covering its work for one year.

Customers are encouraged to contact LJB as soon as possible in the unlikely event that an issue connected with the completed workmanship becomes apparent. Early contact allows the team to review the concern and provide appropriate support.
Your project documents matter
The written quotation, agreed variations, completion information and guarantee certificate set out the work covered for the individual project. Product and manufacturer warranties may operate separately.
